In 2026, a single Axie with Stage 2 evolved parts can outperform a full team of “plain” Axies.
- You can actually rent your land out just like real estate in the real world.
- You can develop the land and sell it in the future (similar to flipping a home).
- You can produce resources (think of farming).

Axie Infinity 2026 Land Update: The Shift from Homeland to Terrariums
It’s best to improve Axies to stage 2 or 3 before assigning them to land. This way, you can earn more bAXS per day.
Stage 2 Axies can earn 1.8x more bAXS than normal Axies.
Second, it’s best to evolve parts to your land. Such as forest plots give bonuses to “plant and bug parts.” This way, you can get bonuses.
Third, what some people may not know is that evolving parts not only increase the bAXS you earn, but can improve your reputation.
When you have a better reputation, you pay fewer fees when you convert bAXS into AXS to sell.

How to Spot Axie Infinity Land Scams: Avoiding Fake zkEVM Listings
Some people are buying digital land because they think it’s worth more than what they are paying for it.
To avoid scams if you want to buy land in the Axie Universe, you should do at least 2 checks.
Make sure you see a blue checkmark next to the collection name and creator. Some scammers try to fake this.
You want to see an actual system-generated badge.
Second, if you’re buying land, copy the contract address from this listing and paste it into Ronin Block Explorer.
If the land is “official,” it will always point back to the original smart contract.
What makes Axie Infinity’s world special and a better buy than something else like Decentraland? Decentraland is another virtual world, and you can learn more about it HERE.
One reason is the popularity of the game Axie Infinity. It was launched in March 2018 and has around 2.5 million monthly users.
Another reason is that shit is going to go down with the land. Resources will spawn in nodes across the world that can be used to upgrade Axies and land. Landholders will have first rights to any resources that magically appear on their land.

In case you don’t know, Axie Infinity is the most popular play-to-earn video game. In this game, you can purchase Axies (they are like little dolls or creatures), and you can take these creatures on quests and fight other creatures.
Some of these creatures can go for a lot of money!
With quests and battles, you can collect something called SLP or Smooth Love Potions. These SLPs are tied to your account, and you can actually sell them for real-world cash.
Another use of the SLP is that you can use them to breed Axies to create more. Yes, you can then sell these creatures that you breed for cash.
The reason you have ownership and can sell SLPs and Axies is due to everything being on the Ethereum blockchain.
This blockchain records all the transactions that make this possible. The challenge is that you first have to purchase these Axies in order to start playing. These creatures can be expensive, and I purchased my first 3 at around $800 dollars.
I do think the prices of these creatures have dropped since I purchased mine. This is good news if you want to get into the game (it’s cheaper).

The game is planning on expanding into plots of land that will be released sometime in 2022 as an update.

Lunacia is the fantasy land in the game. In this land, magical creatures called Chimera are attacking, and the Princess wants Axies to help fight them off.
If you look at the map, you might be wondering what the hell the big red square in the center is, right? It’s called Luna’s Landing and is used to host events and shit. Heck, they will probably try to rent it out to earn money (I would).
Chimera are the evil little creatures that you can fight in daily quests within the game. Just like in the real world, real estate is about “location, location, location.” If you purchase land in the middle of nowhere, it’s going to be cheap.
Land that is right near a popular landmark will be more expensive. The mystic land is going to be the most expensive. One plot of mystic land sold for 550 Ether (around 2.5 million dollars) in November 2021.
When I went on the marketplace, the cheapest land I found was $8,911 for a piece of desert (in the middle of nowhere).
There might be a sale when the world launches in 2022, but according to the developers, they plan on making it fair for previous buyers of land. This means the prices are probably not going to drop a lot.
How to Get Land in Axie Infinity: Stewardship, Buying, and bAXS Yield
The way to acquire land in Axie Infinity is to go to the marketplace and purchase the land. You could earn the resources to acquire the Ether to purchase the land.
The game runs on the Ethereum blockchain and actually uses Ronin (a side chain) for the transactions, which saves everyone money on gas fees.
Maybe you’re interested in getting land, but you don’t have $8,911 dollars to buy the plot of land. What do you do?
Well, below are a few ideas I’ve come up with to come up with the money.
- Get a local job
- Do affiliate marketing online. I have a bunch of FREE guides you can view HERE.
- Farm SLP with the game and then sell them for cash.
- Farm SLP with the game and then breed Axies and sell them for cash.
- Find crap around your home you don’t need and sell it on Craigslist for cash.
- Beg your parents for money.
- All the above.
I’m sure there are more ways you can come up with the cash, but in the end, you’ve got to come up with at least $8,911.
Is it worth it? I honestly don’t know, and it’s a big reason why I wrote this post.
