Find Your Ideal Quiet Career
Which of these best describes your “social comfort zone”?
Why Blogging is a Great Data Entry Job for Social Anxiety
Blogging can be done anywhere, anytime, in nearly any niche!
Plus, it can be a boat ton of fun.
I know what you might be thinking: Is there money in blogging?
A blog can get more ad revenue than a YouTube channel, plus you can get ad revenue on day1. If you add some affiliate marketing, your income goes up even more.
You might be thinking that blogs don’t work with AI.
AI can help SO much with blogging, plus you can repurpose your blog on other platforms such as Medium, LinkedIn, Substack, Quora, Reddit, and more.
You could even make faceless videos from your blog post if you want.
If you want to learn more, I created a post HERE that shares 20 benefits of a blog and 10 steps on how to create one.

When I was in high school, I got a job doing data entry, but I had to drive to the office.
Nowadays, there are many opportunities where you can do it from home.
Basically, you take information from 1 place (like a pdf, hand-written notes) and type it into a digital database or spreadsheet.
You’re organizing, checking for errors, and being accurate. The good news is you don’t have to deal with people!
You probably need a fast typing speed, and the more you know about the software, the better.
Estimated income is $16-$24 an hour.
You might be wondering how you find these jobs. I recommend this place HERE. Not only do they have the largest selection of work-from-home jobs, but they also screen them to ensure they are not bullshit or a scam.
Plus, they help you get the job. It is a subscription service, BUT it’s probably worth it!
Legit work-from-home jobs are not that easy to find! Plus, having a larger selection is very good!
Why a Transcriptionist is great for people with Social Anxiety
A transcriber hears something and then types what they heard.
You might be wondering why AI can’t do this.
When I make a TikTok video, and I try to transcribe the video, sometimes it’s wrong. Then I have to manually change the words.
So, I guess some companies want someone to be accurate.
Especially with legal, business, and important things. It is 100% independent!
The bad news is you have to be very accurate. Estimated earnings are $15 – $30 per hour.
Why an E-commerce Product Uploader is great for people with Social Anxiety
Another name for this dropshipper.
Dropshipping is when you find a product on 1 website and then list that same item on another website, the other company ships the item, and you pocket the difference.
It sounds easy, but it’s advanced.
The good news is you can dropship using eBay. Yeah, you don’t have to go crazy and buy expensive websites, hosting, and other stuff.
If this seems interesting, I would recommend crawling before you walk.
This means first sell something around your home on eBay and get experience.
I created a post HERE that shares all kinds of tips on selling on eBay, plus how to avoid scams.
Why a Data Annotation Specialist is great for people with Social Anxiety
This is where someone labels data so machines can learn.
Great, since AI is growing and it’s more of a modern job!
Basically your highlighting objects in images, labeling text snippets to train AI. All you need is a computer and the ability to follow guidelines.
Estimated income is $15 -$25 per hour.
If you are going to do data entry, I would recommend looking into something like this HERE because it can improve the health of your wrists and fingers.
Why Medical Data Entry is great for people with Social Anxiety
Hospitals need people to manage patient records and insurance claims.
You can even do it from home. The good news is that they can pay more than other data entry jobs.
Estimated income is $18 – $26 per hour.
You might need a certificate in medical billing or additional training!
Why a Signature Verifier is great for people with Social Anxiety
This entails comparing digital signatures on government forms.
These forms are like voter forms or petitions. Making sure they are accurate.
Reminds me when I was a kid, I got a job getting people to sign petitions for government jobs, and it was great. They were 10 cents a signature or 25 cents a long time ago.
I so tried to pick up on girls with that job!
However this job, you don’t have to talk to anyone, and the pay is $15-$20 on average, starting. Plus, it’s probably only U.S.-based.
Closing
I really just scratched the surface on work from home jobs. There really are WAY more options!
The amazing thing with working from home is not having to commute, you save on gas, wear and tear on a car.
Plus, it opens up WAY more possibilities. Instead of just having local jobs, you can choose from something national or global.
Not just more pay, but you can enjoy it more.
Plus, some can give you more freedom with your time. This works great if you have kids, animals, or just want to go grocery shopping during the day when it’s not as busy!
The problem is finding a GOOD work-from-home job. I wrote a post HERE that shares 10 steps on how to find and get this job.
Hope this might be helpful.
